It  provides  up to date information for parents/carers and children/young people to help them to access appropriate services or activities in Dudley. This includes everything from antenatal classes to sports clubs, disability support groups to healthy eating. Common Assessment Framework (CAF)

The CAF can be used if you or someone who works with your child would like your child to receive extra support. It will help to identify your child’s additional needs, and other workers required to support your family. The CAF will help your child receive the right support at an early stage before their needs increase. As the CAF is a shared assessment, you and your child will not have to repeat the same story to different workers. If you feel that this may be of use talk to your child’s school in the first instance.
